About this information

Rating source: Game provider. Scores are shown on a 0–5 scale, not collected from votes on this website.

Swing a hanging character toward the finish by timing pulls around obstacles. Each input changes the next approach, so watch the arc before acting again.

Hanger The Guy: turn each pull into progress toward the finish

The click timing controls a forward pull during the swing. Judge the character's direction and the obstacle ahead before another input. A longer-looking movement is not necessarily progress if it takes the character into a barrier rather than toward the finish.

Controls

Click at the right moment to pull the character forward.

  1. 01Turn each pull into progress toward the finish

Clicking at the right moment pulls the hanging character forward. Judge the movement as a swing: the character's direction when you act influences where the pull carries him. A click that avoids one obstacle still needs to leave a path past the next.

Watch the body as well as the destination when crossing a tight section. The objective is to arrive at the finish, not simply to make every swing as large as possible. Adjust the timing around the obstacle that stopped the previous attempt.

  2. 02Swing the character to the finish while avoiding obstacles

Time a pull around the direction of the current swing. Check the next obstacle before increasing forward movement.

Clicking without reading the swing can pull toward an obstacle. Watching only the finish can obscure a barrier on the immediate route.

  3. 03Use the swing's direction as a timing cue

Watch whether the character is moving toward the next opening or away from it before clicking. A pull that helps forward progress in one part of the arc can be less useful in another. The obstacle layout determines which moment leaves a safe continuation.

For a tight crossing, judge the body and the path beyond it rather than concentrating only on the destination point. If the character repeatedly meets the same hazard, alter the timing before that hazard instead of waiting to react at contact.

Questions about Hanger The Guy

Does clicking faster always move me farther?

No fixed rapid-click rhythm is described. Time the pull around the character's movement and the next opening so each action supports the route to the finish.
